Our State Certified Intermediate Care Facility.

Our 22-bed State certified Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) at 419 Main Street, in historic, old-town Laurel, accepts clients needing a more intensive treatment regimen. The ICF provides a 28-day inpatient rehab program that includes around-the-clock supervision and support from the initial intake assessment through the final discharge process. Our renovated, Civil-War era home provides an informal, congenial setting for substance abuse education, group therapy and individual counseling. For many of our clients, this is the first real "home" they have ever experienced.

Availability

All prospective clients must call for an interview prior to admission. If you are accepted, we will admit you as soon as a bed becomes available.

Continuing Care Facility

Just next door, at 429 Main Street, our co-ed, 15-bed Continuing Care Facility (CCF) offers a Halfway House program for clients who need additional structure and support during the early stages of recovery. To reside at the CCF, clients must pay rent, work (or receive disability) and participate in weekly therapeutic sessions and individual counseling. The group sessions teach a "life skills" curriculum that will equip you to resume independent living, while maintaining recovery and a healthy lifestyle.
