As much as possible, wear shoes that contain no more than two inches. If pain occurs, let your feet rest by wearing flat shoes and more comfortable foot wear.

Most bacteria and fungi grow in a moist environment. So always keep your feet dry to get rid of attracting these germs. If you feel itchy, consult your dermatologist.
